Customer servicemedewerker Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, offering assistance both over the phone and through email.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their files and provide necessary feedback to colleagues for accurate customer updates.
  • Proactively seek solutions while managing and tracking customer files.
  • Handle the administrative processing of customer files.

Jouw profiel

Your Profile:
  • Fluent in Dutch with a good command of French. Knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Work in a structured and organized manner.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy is a significant asset.
  • Thrive in a dynamic team and adaptable to a changing environment.
